Terms of Use

TalkPix.ai (“TalkPix”, “we”, “us”) is an independent business operated from Türkiye. You can reach us at support@talkpix.ai (seller details are at the foot of these Terms). TalkPix provides a suite of AI creation studios (collectively, the “Service”):

• Talking Photo turns a portrait plus a script or audio into a talking video.
• Talking Objects creates a scenario, character image, talking animation, and optional social captions from an object idea.
• Product Photos restages a product image into selected commercial scenes.
• Product Video Ad combines product and creator materials, scripts, captions, and brand choices into ad videos and creative variations.
• AI Video creates video and audio from a prompt and, where offered, a starting image.
• Singing Photo turns a portrait plus a song into a singing video.
• AI Song writes and performs an original track, with lyrics you supply or that AI writes, and returns it as audio only — not a video.
• AI Voice creates a cloned voice from a sample you are entitled to use, and then narrates scripts in that voice.
• AI Images generates still images from a prompt and, where offered, reference images.
• AI Influencer creates a consistent AI-generated virtual creator and the images and videos it appears in.

Several studios are packaged as themed variants of the ones above — for example talking animals, cartoons, babies, a news anchor, or a drawing. A themed variant is the same Service under these Terms and is billed at the rate of the studio that renders it.

Developer API. API access is part of the Service. It spends the same wallet credits at the same rates as the studios, reserves them before a render starts, and refunds failed renders the same way. You are responsible for every request made with your API keys: keep them secret, and revoke a key from your account as soon as it may have been exposed. If you send other people’s content through the API — for example your own customers’ photos — you confirm that you have their permission and a lawful basis to do so, sections 2 and 8 apply to every request, and you act as the controller of that personal data while we process it on your instructions. We may rate-limit, suspend, or revoke keys that are used abusively or in breach of these Terms.

By creating an account, buying credits, submitting content, generating an output, or participating in a referral or creator program, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

TalkPix is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old to use it, on the website and in the apps. By creating an account, or by accepting these Terms in an app, you confirm that you are 18 or older. We close any account we find belongs to someone under 18.

“Inputs” include every photo, image, logo, brand asset, product detail, name, prompt, script, audio file, caption instruction, and other material you submit. “Outputs” include generated scenarios, scripts, captions, still images, talking videos, ads, AI videos, and variations returned by the Service.

You are solely responsible for having all rights, licenses, releases, permissions, and consents needed for your Inputs and your intended use of Outputs. If an Input depicts or imitates a real person, you may submit it only if you are that person or have that person’s explicit consent. For a person who has died, you may use their image or voice only if you hold the rights to that material or act for their family or estate, the result is respectful, and you never present it as a real recording of them. Product, brand, music, voice, and advertising materials must also be yours or properly licensed.

You agree not to use TalkPix to:

• Depict public figures, politicians, or any real person without the rights and consent required for that use.
• Impersonate anyone, or create deceptive, defamatory, or misleading media, including deepfakes intended to mislead.
• Clone, synthesise, or reuse a voice that is not your own without that person’s explicit permission, or use any cloned voice to impersonate someone or to make them appear to say something they did not say.
• Put anyone into a romantic, intimate, violent, or humiliating scene — including the two-person trend templates — without that person’s permission, or put anyone under 18 into a romantic or intimate scene.
• Produce political, electoral, or campaign content, or content that could influence an election.
• Create sexual, hateful, harassing, violent, or otherwise illegal content.
• Use a real child’s image, likeness, or voice in any sexual, exploitative, demeaning, harmful, or deceptive way, or submit a real child’s photo or voice without being that child’s parent or legal guardian, or having that parent’s or guardian’s explicit permission. Where a studio offers ready-made infant or child characters, those presets are AI-generated and depict no real child.
• Infringe intellectual property, publicity, privacy, consumer protection, or other rights.

Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Every prompt, script and upload is checked before anything is made, and requests for sexual, hateful, harassing or other prohibited content are refused. Content that breaks these rules is removed, and the account that made, uploaded or shared it is suspended or permanently banned. Repeated attempts to get around the filters may lock generation for the account. TalkPix has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation: see our child safety standards. We may report illegal activity where required or appropriate, and we report apparent child sexual abuse material to the authorities as the law requires.

TalkPix sells one-time wallet credit packs rather than a required subscription. Prices are set in USD. Card payments through iyzico are charged in your own currency where it can (euros, British pounds, Swiss francs or Norwegian kroner), in US dollars elsewhere and in Turkish lira in Türkiye. The exact amount and currency are shown before you pay. Where it is not your currency, your bank converts it and may add a foreign-transaction fee, and an amount shown in your currency with ≈ is an estimate. A refund is calculated from the amount actually charged, in the currency it was charged in. Purchased wallet credits do not expire. Promotional bonus credits — for example for reaching a first-week goal — are extra credits added on top of a purchase: they are used before purchased credits and any that are unused on the expiry date shown when they are granted are removed, without ever touching credits you bought. A credit is a wallet unit, not a universal promise of one second or one output. The active studio, output type, resolution, and rendered duration determine the charge:

• Talking Photo: Talking Photo costs 1 credit per rendered second at 720p or 2 credits per second at 1080p, with a maximum duration of 5 minutes at 720p and 2 minutes at 1080p.
• Talking Objects: 1 credit for scenario generation, 2 credits per generated object image, 1 credit per selected platform caption, plus 1 credit per rendered second for the 720p talking animation.
• Product Photos: 3 credits per successfully generated image.
• Product Video Ad: 1 credit per rendered second for a standard 720p ad, plus 2 credits per ad for composing the product scene; Ad Variations reserve 12 credits per generated creative and settle each to its rendered length plus the same 2 credits.
• AI Video: Rates depend on model and resolution. P-Video 2 Pro: 1/2 credits per second at 480p/720p. Seedance 1.5 Pro: 1/3/5 credits per second at 480p/720p/1080p. Seedance 2.0 Mini: 2/4 at 480p/720p. Seedance 2.0: 4/8/18/40 at 480p/720p/1080p/4K. Seedance 2.5: 5/10 at 480p/720p. MiniMax H3: 4/6 at 720p/2K. Veo 3.1 Fast: 4/4 at 720p/1080p (4, 6 or 8 second clips). Kling 3.0: 6/8/17 at 720p/1080p/4K. Kling 4.0: 6/9 at 720p/1080p. Seedance 1.0 Pro Fast (picture only, no sound): 1/2 at 720p/1080p. Hailuo 2.3 (animates your photo, picture only): 2 at 720p (6 or 10 second clips). Seedance 2.5 trend templates (the ones that animate your own photos of people, pets or cars) are rendered by a separate provider at 7/16 credits per second at 480p/720p; a template that follows a motion reference also adds half that rate for each second of the reference. Templates of up to 15 seconds can also be rendered on an Economy tier (Seedance 2.0 Fast, a faster model whose result can differ more from the template's example) at 3/6 credits per second at 480p/720p, with the motion reference likewise at half that rate. Every template shows its exact credit total before it renders.
• Movie Builder (Ancient Egypt, Ottoman Empire): Each scene is rendered separately by the same provider as the Seedance 2.5 trend templates, at 7/16 credits per rendered second at 480p/720p, plus 4 credits per movie for cutting it together with the soundtrack. A scene shorter than 4 seconds is rendered (and billed) at 4 seconds and trimmed. The full total is shown and held before rendering; a scene that cannot be made after one retry is refunded, and if less than half of the movie can be made the whole movie is refunded.
• Singing Photo: Billed at the same per-rendered-second rate as Talking Photo for the resolution you choose. Writing the song itself in AI Song is a separate charge.
• AI Song: 20 credits per generated song. AI Song produces audio only; turning a finished song into a video is charged separately, per rendered second, by the studio that renders it.
• AI Voice (voice cloning): 120 credits to add a cloned voice to your account. Each synthesis, including previews, then costs 1 credit per 400 characters of script, with a minimum of 1 credit; the ready-made youth voices are synthesised at the same rate. Videos narrated with a cloned voice are billed at the normal per-rendered-second rate of the studio that renders them.
• AI Images: From 2 credits per generated image. The exact rate depends on the model and quality tier you select, and is shown before generation.
• AI Influencer: 4 credits per generated identity or scene image, plus 1 credit when AI writes the persona for you. Video posts are billed at the selected AI Video model's per-second rate.

Small AI helper steps — writing a script (1 credit) or song lyrics (1 credit), generating an avatar (3 credits), or suggesting AI Influencer ideas (1 credit each) — are charged as shown on their button before you use them.

The applicable estimate or fixed charge is shown in the studio before generation. Duration-based jobs reserve an estimated amount and are reconciled against the successfully rendered length. Fixed-price AI steps are charged per successful requested action. Pack prices, credit amounts, full price, and currency are shown before your payment method is charged.

Who processes your payment. Card payments are processed by iyzico on the provider’s own secure payment page; purchases made before 7 October 2026 were processed by Stripe. Prices are set in USD. A payment through iyzico is charged in your own currency where it can (euros, British pounds, Swiss francs or Norwegian kroner), in US dollars elsewhere and in Turkish lira in Türkiye. The exact amount and currency are shown before you pay; where it is not your currency, your bank converts it and may add a foreign-transaction fee, and an amount shown with ≈ is an estimate. TalkPix never receives or stores your full card number. Card details are entered on the provider’s secure payment form, which is encrypted (SSL/TLS) and uses 3D Secure card authentication where your bank asks for it.

Every provider-backed generation requires successful payment or sufficient wallet credits before it begins. TalkPix offers no free renders or previews. Eligible new customers may be offered one Talking Photo up to 20 seconds for $1.99 as a one-time purchase. Eligibility, the current price, and the maximum duration are shown before checkout.

Most TalkPix purchases are one-off credit packs that never renew. Two features were different, and both charged a payment method you had saved with Stripe. Neither was switched on unless you chose it. Since 7 October 2026 neither can be started, and no further membership or auto-refill charges are taken.

Memberships started before 7 October 2026. TalkPix no longer sells monthly memberships. For a membership started before that date, the plan price was charged when it started and then monthly, in USD, until cancelled, and each paid month added that plan’s credits to your wallet. You can cancel at any time from your account, which opens the Stripe billing portal. Cancelling stops all future charges; the current paid month runs to its end and the credits it already added stay in your wallet and do not expire.

Optional auto-refill. Auto-refill is off unless you tick it while buying a pack. With it on, when your balance falls below 10 credits we charge your saved payment method for the pack you chose and add those credits, at most once every 24 hours. Every automatic charge sends you an email receipt. It is not a subscription and has no fixed date — it only ever triggers on your own balance. You can switch it off at any time from your account, and if a charge is declined we turn it off and email you rather than retrying. Auto-refill charges are made in USD at the pack’s list price, whatever currency or discount your original purchase used. If you dispute a charge with your bank, or your bank reports a payment as fraudulent, we turn off auto-refill, cancel any membership on that account, and remove the unspent credits of the disputed purchase.

We will tell you by email before any change to a recurring price takes effect, so you can cancel first if you prefer. Refunds for both features follow the Refunds section below.

You can request a refund of unused purchased credits at any time by emailing support@talkpix.ai. Credits already spent on delivered Outputs are not refundable, subject to the cancellation right and statutory rights below.

Deleting your account. Deleting your account cancels any membership immediately and ends any credits left in your wallet. If you want unused purchased credits refunded, ask us before you delete the account; we show the number of credits you would give up before you confirm. Deleting an account does not by itself refund past payments.

14-day right to cancel.

• If you buy as a consumer in the UK or EEA, you have 14 days from purchase to cancel.
• Credits, memberships and the first-video offer are made available immediately. At checkout you ask us to start straight away and confirm you understand that the cancellation right ends for what you use: credits spent on a generation, and videos delivered to you. We confirm this in your order email.
• Within the 14 days you can still cancel whatever you have not used. We refund unused purchased credits to your original payment method within 14 days of your request, without deducting any fee. For a membership, cancelling within 14 days of a payment refunds that payment's unused credits and stops renewal.
• Your rights when an output is faulty, not as described or not delivered are never affected by any of this.

If a generation or fixed-price AI step fails for a technical reason on our side, the credits reserved for the failed work are refunded to your wallet automatically. Partial batches are charged only for successful items. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@talkpix.ai.

Subject to these Terms and to the extent permitted by law, you may download and use your Outputs for personal or commercial purposes. Commercial use is allowed only when you have the necessary rights to every Input and element in the Output and your use complies with applicable law, advertising and endorsement requirements, and the content, commerce, and AI-media rules of every platform where you publish or advertise.

TalkPix does not grant rights in another person, product, brand, trademark, copyrighted work, voice, or likeness merely because it appears in an Output. We do not guarantee that an Output is unique, registrable, non-infringing, factually accurate, or accepted by a marketplace, ad network, or social platform. You remain responsible for reviewing, labeling, publishing, and distributing it.

Trend templates and example scenes are original scenes inspired by popular genres and moments. They are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any film studio, rights holder, brand, platform, or person, and using one grants no rights in any third-party work, character, or trademark. Names of other companies and products that appear on this site are trademarks of their owners, used only to describe or compare.

Normal generation inputs and outputs may be stored so you can access, preview, download, and share results. They are automatically deleted 30 days after creation. Uploads you never use are deleted on the same schedule. Items you explicitly save for reuse — cloned voices, saved audio and songs, saved characters, AI Influencer identities and scene assets — are retained until you delete them. Stored files are not listed anywhere but are served from unguessable addresses, not behind a sign-in, so anyone you give a file address to can open it until it is deleted. You can request earlier deletion of any content by emailing support@talkpix.ai. See our Privacy Policy for details.

You can delete your account at any time from your account page or by asking us. That deletes your content, saved items, email address and sign-in at once. Order and payment records are kept, without your email address, for six years to meet our legal record-keeping duties and to handle disputes, and then deleted; the Privacy Policy lists exactly what is kept. A deleted account cannot be signed in to or restored.

A finished result is private by default. It becomes viewable by anyone with the link only if you choose to publish it, and you can make it private again at any time from the result page. Making a share page private removes the page, not a file address someone already copied (see section 7). Publishing a result is your decision and your responsibility: you confirm you hold the rights and consents for everything in it and that it meets the content rules in section 2.

Every publicly shared page carries a Report link. Anyone — including someone who appears in a video and never used TalkPix — can use it, or email support@talkpix.ai. We aim to review reports within 24 hours. Content reported as sexual, depicting a minor, non-consensual, or otherwise seriously harmful is taken out of public view while we review it, rather than after, and cannot be published again until that review is finished.

Explore. Nothing is listed in Explore automatically: you offer a result, and a person at TalkPix approves it first. Every Explore video has Report and Block this creator. Blocking a creator hides all of their videos from your Explore feed, on the website and in the apps, until you unblock them; the creator is not told. Results, AI images and songs can be reported from inside the apps too, and those reports reach the same moderation team.

How we handle a report. A person at TalkPix reviews every report within 24 hours. If the content breaks these Terms we remove it and remove the user who provided it from the Service, by suspending or closing their account; serious violations, including anything involving a child, lead to an immediate permanent ban.

We may unpublish any shared result, refuse future sharing for an account, suspend repeat offenders, and terminate accounts for serious or repeated violations, at our discretion and without refunding credits already spent on the offending Outputs.

Regular members may earn 5% of credits purchased by a properly attributed referred customer, rounded down to whole credits. These credits are added to the member’s wallet once the purchase is paid. Other referral credits held as a pending balance, such as share rewards, become redeemable into the wallet when the pending balance reaches 25 credits.

All referral rewards are paid in TalkPix credits. TalkPix does not pay cash, and no part of this programme confers a right to a monetary payment. Approved creators earn a raised credit rate on qualifying purchases made within 12 months of the referred account being attributed to them; after that window the standard member rate applies. The current default approved rate is 30%, but the rate assigned to the creator’s account controls and may differ. Any reward is capped at what the underlying purchase can support, and the rate actually applied is shown in the member’s account. In any calendar month (UTC) in which a creator’s attributed customers make 2 qualifying credit-pack purchases, the creator also receives 50 bonus credits in their wallet, once per month; refunded or reversed purchases do not count.

An approved creator may also be issued a promotional code. A code both attributes the account that uses it and may grant that buyer a discount on their first credit-pack purchase. Only one discount applies to any purchase — where more than one would be available, the largest applies and the others do not stack.

Welcome and share rewards. When a customer who arrived through a member’s referral link buys their first credit pack, the customer receives 10 bonus credits and the referrer 15, once per referred customer and never more than the purchase can support. The first finished result an account publishes to a public share page earns 10 credits, added to its spendable balance once per account. Each later published result earns 3 credits to the referral balance, up to 20 credits per account in total. A member may offer a shared template video to Explore, our public feed of member videos; we choose what is listed and may take any video down, and the member can withdraw it by switching its share link off. Each week we may feature one listed video and add 100 credits to its maker’s balance, at our discretion.

Only successfully paid wallet credit-pack purchases qualify. The job-bound first-video offer does not qualify because it does not grant wallet credits. Refunded, reversed, disputed, charged-back, self-referred, or fraudulent purchases do not qualify. We may withhold, cancel, reverse, or offset related credits or commissions, including against the wallet balance, a pending balance or future earnings.

Participants must use honest promotion, avoid spam or misleading claims, and make any disclosures required by law or the publishing platform. TalkPix may reject or remove participants for abuse or fraud and may change eligibility, rates, redemption rules, or other program terms, or suspend or end either program. Changes apply prospectively unless a retroactive adjustment is reasonably needed to address fraud, refunds, chargebacks, legal obligations, or accounting errors.

TalkPix is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI Outputs can be imperfect, unexpected, or similar to content generated for others. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Your statutory rights. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any right you have as a consumer under the law of the country you live in (for example the Consumer Rights Act 2015 in the UK, or EU consumer law): the Service and its Outputs must be as described, and faulty or undelivered output is always put right or refunded. Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

These Terms and any dispute about them or the Service are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Türkiye have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in and may bring a claim in its courts. Before any claim, please email us: most problems are solved by a refund or a re-render within a day.
