Is there a subscription or monthly fee?
No. TalkPix sells one-time credit packs only: you pay once, the credits never expire, and nothing renews.
How much does one video cost?
Eligible new customers can create their first Talking Photo up to 20 seconds for $1.99 one-time. Reusable packs start with the $5 Mini; Talking Photo at 720p uses 1 credit per rendered second, and Starter gives you 120 credits for $10. AI Video is billed per second at a rate that depends on the model — at 720p that runs from 1 to 10 credits per second, so the same pack buys noticeably less video on the premium models (see the rate table above). Every studio shows the exact credit total for your settings before it generates anything.
Can I use my credits through an API?
Yes. The Developer API starts the same Talking Photo renders from your own code, with an API key from your account. It spends the same credits at the same per-second rate, reserves them before the render starts, and refunds failed renders automatically. Read the API docs.
Is there a free trial?
No. Payment is required before AI generation. Credit packs start at $5, your first pack is 15% off within 24 hours of signing up, and failed renders are refunded automatically.
Is payment secure? Who processes it?
Card payments are processed by iyzico on the provider's own secure, PCI DSS compliant payment page. TalkPix never sees or stores your card number.
Can I buy credits from the US, UK, Canada, or Australia?

What's your refund policy?
Not satisfied? You can request a refund of any unused credits anytime — just email support@talkpix.ai. Failed generations are auto-refunded. UK and EEA consumers can cancel within 14 days for anything they have not used; credits spent on a delivered video are not refundable because you ask for immediate access at checkout. Faulty or undelivered output is always covered. See our refund policy.
What counts as a failed render?
A failed render is a generation that ended without delivering a video: it stopped on a technical error, or the safety filter rejected the photo or script. The credits reserved for it are returned to your balance automatically. A video that finishes but is not what you hoped for is a delivered video, not a failed render, and the credits it used are spent; if something looks wrong with it, contact support and a person will look at the job.
Do I pay again each time I change a video and generate it again?
Editing costs nothing: you can change the photo, rewrite the script, and listen to voice samples without spending credits. Credits are spent only when you generate, and each generation is a new render billed at the rate shown before it starts (1 credit = 1 second of Talking Photo video at 720p). To keep test runs cheap, try a short line first, then render the full script once the photo and voice are right.
Do my credits expire?
Never. Buy once and use them whenever you want.
